Ben is a Co-Founder of Newlane University, a competency-based online university that offers a US College degree for $1000. He holds a PhD in Philosophy and Education from Columbia University, and has been neck-deep, reviewing and developing academic curriculum for online programs for the past 15 years. Ben and his wife, Gabrielle, live in Normandy, France with their three younger children. Their three adult children are practicing self-isolation in Utah, California, and Montpelier, France.

Caren held leadership positions across Brand Management, Innovation, and Strategy across her 20+ year career at The Coca-Cola Company. In recent years, she launched an internal organization and body of work, Social Commitment, that integrates social impact into the brands and business operations championing efforts such as sugar reduction, water conservation, and community building through marketplace actions, industry and community partnerships, and marketing for good. Caren resides in New York City with her husband and three young daughters. She continues to advise and participate in work that creates cultural change for positive impact.

Heather has been blessed with years of unparalleled joys and deep challenges that came with homeschooling her two boys. The journey of leading their education encouraged her passionate development of love and kindness as their foundation, which she feels, helps to create a more evolved, thoughtful and peaceful world through their actions in it. She weaves this daily practice into her years of Pilates Instruction as well, helping to reveal to her clients the importance of their choice of words and thoughts about themselves on the health of their body. Co-Owner of SKÖG Haus Coffee, whose mission, ‘We are changing the world through coffee’, encourages the exemplification of kindness in everything they do. Currently she is developing ViaMoms, a global, online community, marketplace where moms can support one another by sourcing work created or goods curated by other moms. She lives and works in Seattle, Washington with her husband and two teenage boys.
